This allows savings in both financial and labor resources during preparatory and construction works. The technology developed by the engineers minimizes <strong>operational and maintenance costs<\/strong> throughout the service life of the unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The station consists of a single block in which <strong>domestic wastewater treatment<\/strong> is performed. If required, the unit can be additionally equipped with a <strong>drainage and accumulation system<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Completely safe and highly efficient <strong>biological wastewater treatment<\/strong> is carried out using <strong>aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms<\/strong>. These microorganisms consume products of human activity, soap residues, and surfactants contained in detergents. When supplied with sufficient oxygen and nutrients, bacteria effectively remove these contaminants from domestic wastewater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Operating Principle of the Domestic Biological Treatment System<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The operating principle of the ZIKO domestic wastewater treatment system is based on a <strong>combination of biological and mechanical treatment methods<\/strong>. The integration of anaerobic and aerobic processes is optimized to achieve a <strong>treatment efficiency of up to 98%<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Coarse contaminants and sediment<\/strong> are removed in the mechanical treatment zone. Purified water from the upper part of the clarifier is discharged into the drainage system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Advantages of the ZIKO Domestic Biological Wastewater Treatment Unit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The simplest methods of domestic wastewater disposal in private houses or summer cottages are <strong>cesspools or septic tanks<\/strong>. However, cesspools can accept only a limited volume of wastewater and require <strong>1\u20132 vacuum truck services per month<\/strong>.
