Over the decades, the plant has significantly improved its production technologies and today supplies chains that are <strong>high-strength, durable, and reliable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ZIKO<\/strong> is the <strong>exclusive official representative<\/strong> of this brand in Ukraine. We work directly with the manufacturer, which allows us to offer <strong>conveyor, drive, and special attachment chains<\/strong> for a wide range of applications and industries at <strong>competitive prices<\/strong>. All chains comply with the <strong>interstate standard GOST 13568<\/strong>. We also supply <strong>chain components<\/strong>, including sprockets and rollers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Drive Chains<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Drive chains are used to transmit mechanical power in chain drives from the driving shaft to the driven shaft. By design, they are classified into <strong>roller chains<\/strong> (the most common type), <strong>toothed chains<\/strong>, and <strong>bush chains<\/strong>. They are suitable for operation at <strong>high speeds \u2014 up to 40 m\/s<\/strong> \u2014 and at temperatures of up to <strong>+300 \u00b0C<\/strong>. Today, it is a high-technology mechanical component with <strong>enhanced strength and high operational performance<\/strong>. Roller chains are capable of withstanding significant loads, which makes them suitable for operation in contact with <strong>aggressive media<\/strong> and under <strong>severe duty conditions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Classification of Roller Drive Chains by Number of Strands<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Roller drive chains are classified according to the number of rows (strands):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>single-strand;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>double-strand;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>triple-strand;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>multi-strand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Load-carrying capacity increases with the number of strands: the more rows a chain has, the <strong>higher the permissible load<\/strong>. Multi-strand chains allow a reduction of transmission dimensions in the plane perpendicular to the shaft axes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bush Drive Chains<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bush drive chains are mainly used at <strong>reduced operating speeds<\/strong> in environments with continuous accumulation of <strong>dust, dirt, and moisture<\/strong>. This type of chain has a <strong>larger joint surface area<\/strong> compared to roller chains. Such a design feature is achieved by increasing the diameter of the bush and pin while maintaining the overall chain dimensions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Heavy-Duty and Precision Roller Chains<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We also offer <strong>high-strength, high-precision roller chains<\/strong>. These products are subject to stricter requirements in terms of quality and durability. They are widely used in <strong>power transmissions<\/strong> of mechanisms and machines operating under heavy loads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conveyor Chains<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Conveyor chains consist of a sequence of interconnected chain links assembled according to the <strong>bush-pin principle<\/strong>.
