This allows placing the plant even on a compact plot next to the venue.<\/p><\/details>\n        <details><summary>Will odour be heard or felt on the restaurant terrace?<\/summary><p>No. The system has no blowers \u2014 the main sources of noise and odour in ordinary plants. The biodiscs rotate at 2 rpm virtually silently, and the aerobic process produces no odour.<\/p><\/details>\n        <details><summary>What happens in winter when the hotel is 10\u201320% full?<\/summary><p>BioDisc\u00ae maintains efficiency from 10% of design load: the biofilm on the discs doesn&#8217;t die in the off-season, and the system accepts peak arrivals without a &#8220;warm-up&#8221;.<\/p><\/details>\n        <details><summary>How much electricity does the plant consume?<\/summary><p>From 0.33 to 0.87 kW depending on the model \u2014 an order of magnitude less than compressor plants of similar capacity.<\/p><\/details>\n        <details><summary>Is a grease trap needed for a restaurant kitchen?<\/summary><p>The primary settler retains floating fats.
