UkrKhimPlast LLC is one of the few domestic manufacturers of high-quality polyethylene products produced using the rotational molding method.
The product range includes:
- polyethylene (plastic) tanks for storage and transportation of food products, including potable drinking water;
- polyethylene (plastic) tanks for storage of most chemical products;
- polyethylene tanks used for installation on industrial agricultural sprayers (V = 600 L, V = 2000 L);
- polyethylene (plastic) tanks designed for underground installation.

UkrKhimPlast manufactures tanks and containers for food products, water, fuel, and chemical substances, including aggressive media, with volumes of up to 8,000 liters.
These containers are produced using the rotational molding method from high-strength, frost-resistant, food-grade polyethylene. The material is resistant to ultraviolet radiation and does not change its physical or chemical properties within a temperature range from −40 to +60 °C. The strength of the containers is ensured by stiffening ribs and the shape of the products.
Rotational molding is a technology for manufacturing lightweight, seamless polymer products of large size that are competitive in terms of price and consumer properties. Among materials used for rotational molding, polyethylene (PE) plays a key role. This method makes it possible to produce products of very complex shapes with uniform wall thickness, achieved by adjusting the ratio of rotational speeds of the mold along different axes.
Product characteristics:
- the material is resistant to ultraviolet radiation;
- the material does not change its physical and chemical properties in the temperature range from −40 to +60 °C;
- the strength of the containers is ensured by stiffening ribs and the shape of the products;
- the containers are equipped with a screw inspection lid (manhole) and have prepared threaded ports on the side surface (top and bottom): ¾ inch (containers up to 1 m³) and 1 inch (containers of 1; 1.5; 2; 3 m³).
Main advantages of these containers:
- unlike similar metal containers, they are not subject to corrosion;
- compared to stainless steel containers, they have not only low weight but also a 4–5-fold cost advantage;
- significantly longer service life compared to similar metal containers;
- long-term preservation of drinking water quality thanks to the specially selected color of the material from which these containers are made.
