ZIKO continuously monitors the chemical composition of drinking water in its own laboratory for residents of Ukraine and publishes the results in open access on the “Water Quality Map”. Equipment is only half the job

A water treatment system performs exactly as well as it is maintained. ZIKO’s service department looks after equipment after start-up: scheduled visits, replacement of media and consumables, emergency call-outs and dispatching across Ukraine.

The essentials, briefly

Do you carry out water analysis free of charge?

Yes. We take a sample and test it in our own laboratory. You receive a report and a recommendation on which system your water actually requires. For companies, an engineer’s visit to the site is also free of charge.

How much does a water treatment system for a plant cost?

The cost depends on the composition of the raw water, the required capacity and the quality requirements at the outlet. That is why we do not publish a price list: first the water analysis and technical specification, then the quotation.

Do you only sell equipment, or install it as well?

We run the whole project: water analysis, design, supply, installation, commissioning and ongoing service. ZIKO is an engineering company: we do not manufacture equipment, we select European systems for the specific site.

What is included in the price and what is charged separately?

The price includes the equipment, delivery, installation and commissioning. Site construction readiness, power and water connections and earthworks are charged separately. The exact scope is set out in the quotation.

Is service available in my region?

Yes, ZIKO’s field service team operates across Ukraine.
