WILO — German pumping equipment

ZIKO is an official dealer and service center of the German company WILO in Ukraine. WILO is one of the leading manufacturers of pumps and pumping systems for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water supply, wastewater treatment, and processing. ZIKO develops engineering solutions using WILO equipment for a wide range of applications:

Water supply:

• Borehole pumps with top and bottom intake from 4” to 24”, flow rates from 0.8 to 2000 m³/h and heads from 4 to 580 m;
• End-suction (cantilever) pumps with capacity from 5 to 2750 m³/h and head from 3 to 140 m;
• Pressure boosting pumps with flow rates from 0.8 to 2000 m³/h and heads from 4 to 580 m;
• Water treatment systems: filtration and iron removal with capacity up to 1000 m³/h.

Heating:

• A wide range of centrifugal pumps for heating systems with flow rates from 0.5 to 2800 m³/h and heads from 1 to 100 m;
• Water treatment systems: softening and chemical dosing with capacity up to 200 m³/h.

Wastewater and drainage:

• Submersible drainage and sewage pumps with flow rates from 4 to 7500 m³/h and heads from 0.3 to 80 m;
• Axial deep-well pumps with flow rates from 400 to 10,000 m³/h and heads from 0.5 to 8 m;
• Recirculation pumps with flow rates from 200 to 5000 m³/h and heads from 0.1 to 3 m;
• Submersible mixers with diameters from 140 to 2400 mm and power from 0.5 to 10 kW;
• Jet aerators.

Challenging fluids:

• Eccentric screw pumps for pumping liquids and bulk media with varying viscosity and density, with capacities up to 500 m³/h and heads up to 480 m, for the food, oil, and chemical industries.

For all supplied process equipment, a wide range of control and automation systems is available, including variable frequency drives and other solutions.
